Do Corefact Home Estimates Include Sold and Off-Market Properties?
Corefact home estimates only include recorded sold property. Property that is off-market is not included in the home estimate. Our system, by default, pulls properties that have been recorded by the county, have been sold within the last nine months, and meet the proximity requirements set.
We also have access to active listings all over the country. Our skilled engineering department has added the active listings to the Home Estimate landing page, giving a broader picture of the market. The addition of the active listings will make the Home Estimate more valuable for your prospects.
