What Does "Print Is Not Ready" Mean?
If your design is at a stage called "Not Print Ready," don't worry. Our printers can only read PDFX formats. This just means the file needs to be converted to a PDFX format in order to be read properly by our printers. Other formats can be uploaded, and we will convert to PDFX for you.
This step takes place after your order has been submitted, so you’re not required to do anything during this step. Our customer service team will reach out if any additional actions are required from you.
