Understand how our new Home Estimate QR code works to generate more leads for you and your business.

NOTE: We do not recommend pairing a Home Estimate QR Code, with other types of QR Codes, i.e. personal or property websites. For example, if you have a Home Estimate QR code on the front of your card, you should not have any other QR code on the back of the card. If you were to place a QR code on the back, it should be the same as you have on the front.  

What is the new Home Estimate QR code?

QR codes have made a comeback, and people have less hesitation to snap them. Any phone’s camera can read them.

How do I use the Home Estimate QR code?

Corefact has postcards that feature the new Home Estimate QR code. They range from Just Listed and Just Sold postcards to farming cards. You can also use the Home Estimate QR code on the back of any postcard with our backside designs.

How does the Home Estimate QR code work?

The recipient snaps the code with their phone’s camera and is taken to your mobile-friendly Home Estimate landing page. There’s a window that opens and asks them to verify the details of their address. If all details are correct, they click correct and go to your page. If the details need corrections, they update them, and they are taken to your page. Asking for this information ensures all the details of the property are represented and compared to like-kind properties on the estimate. 

How am I notified when someone snaps the code?

You’ll get an email notification when any Home Estimate codes are snapped, along with the detailed information of the person who snapped it. You can also see this information in the Contacts dashboard within your Corefact account. 

What’s the difference between a property website QR code and the Home Estimate QR code?

Corefact offers a generic QR code that you can use to promote a property website, your personal website, or any URL that you’d like to promote. The generic QR codes are not measured or managed by Corefact, so there won’t be any notifications when someone snaps these codes, unlike the Home Estimate codes. Because we link to a default property website for many of the QR codes, you'll need to physically change the URL from our default property website to your unique property website in the editing portion of the order. 

Can I change the Home Estimate QR code? 

No, the Home Estimate QR code is unique to each person receiving it, and making any changes would make the code unreadable.
