How frequently do you recommend we mail to our farm?

We highly recommend sending mail at least once a month during the first year. If you have the funds, you may choose to send as frequently as every two weeks! Brand consistency is key.

After that first year, we can reassess and see if every six weeks or every other month is a viable option. Our top priority is getting your brand in front of your farm list frequently enough that they recognize your name and your brand. Many agents use the ‘8 by 8’ method. That is, they send every other week for four months, and then send monthly after that.

What are the mailing options?

Elite campaigns are sent through standard mail. We put the postage on and we print the home address. No labels are used, offering a clean, professional look.

Can you send by first class?

Prices quoted are for standard mail. It is presorted and then goes to the post office. Sending by first class is a valuable option for agents wanting to confirm the quality of their list as returns will be sent to you. Note that sending first class costs an additional 20 cents per piece. Lists recently pulled from a title company should be fine to be sent via standard mail.

Do you update the owner information on the farm list throughout the year?

Yes. We recommend getting an updated list from your title partner every three months. Send the list to our customer service team and we’ll update your mailing list for free.

Can you schedule which day the postcards will arrive?

We send your postcards as standard mail, which takes between 7 – 9 days to be delivered. You can tell us an approximate date you would like it to be delivered and we can try to accommodate that, but cannot guarantee it will arrive on an exact day.
