Where is Informed Delivery currently offered?
Informed Delivery is now available to eligible residential homeowners, business addresses, or PO Box™ in most zip code locations across the country. And, it is free for anyone to sign up for the daily emails by visiting informeddelivery.USPS.com.
What is Premium Informed Delivery by Corefact?
You can add Premium Informed Delivery to your order every time you purchase first-class or marketing direct mail from Corefact.
- Feature your mailer in color at the top of the recipient’s Informed Delivery email.
- Have a premium ride-along image ad under your mailer, leading to a personalized home estimate landing page where people can share their email and phone number with you in exchange for information.
- You receive a detailed email report of how many recipients received and opened their USPS Informed email.
PLEASE NOTE: The variable data on postcards (homeowner's name, address, their home on a map, and the QR code) for the preview image of the mailer. If you are sending a Market Update or a postcard with variable fields, the physical mailed pieces will display the unique data for each piece.

What’s a ride-along image ad?
The ride-along image ad is located under your mailer image and is clickable. When people click on the ride-along image, they are sent to a premium personalized home estimate landing page where people can share their email and phone number with you in exchange for a free home estimate. Upon submission of the form, you will receive an email with their information so you can follow up easily.

What does the Premium Informed Delivery landing page look like?
We have created two premium landing pages for people to arrive on when clicking the ride-along ad under your mailer. They will either see your contact information and be able to request additional information or they will see a personalized home estimate landing page.

What does the Premium Informed Delivery email report look like?
You receive a detailed email report of how many recipients received and opened their USPS Informed email.

What is Basic Informed Delivery by Corefact?
Every time you purchase first-class or marketing direct mail from Corefact, you will automatically receive complimentary Basic Informed Delivery.
- Feature your mailer in black and white at the top of the recipient’s Informed Delivery email.
- Have a basic ride-along image ad under your mailer. When clicked, recipients are taken to a generic landing page where they can review your contact information.
- Basic Informed Delivery does not include a detailed email report.
What’s a ride-along image?
The ride-along image is located under your mailer image and is clickable. When people click on the ride-along image, they are sent to a basic landing page sharing your contact information.
