[Free Content] I Have Buyers Letters
Copy and paste these letters to send to homeowners in a specific neighborhood, city, or school district where your buyer desires to live. Personalizing these letters is vital. You can do this yourself through a mail merge, and don't forget to hand-sign each one. Corefact can also do these for you using your signature. If the homeowner does not respond, you can send a second letter. If there is no response, you can send option three.
Option One:
RE: An inquiry about your home at [address]
[homeowner’s name]
[home address]
[city/state/zip]
Dear [homeowner’s name],
I currently represent a serious buyer who is interested in buying a home in your neighborhood. There is a shortage of homes for sale in this sought after neighborhood. If you have thought about selling your house and have not listed it with a real estate agent, it is to your advantage to contact me regarding a possible sale.
If you are interested, please:
1. Give me a call to discuss this rare window of opportunity.
2. Tell us what your asking price is and request a Comparative Market Analysis.
3. We can discuss with you the possibility of this client’s offering to buy your home.
4. I will make an appointment for the buyer to see your home.
5. If the buyer is interested, I will prepare an offer on your home, which you can accept, reject or counter.
My goal is to find a suitable home for this buyer. If you or someone else you know may be interested in this offer, please call me.
Respectfully,
P.S. I have a pool of other pre-qualified buyers ready to purchase in this and nearby neighborhoods. Please reach out to me if you have another real estate available to sell.
Option Two:
[homeowner’s name]
[home address]
[city/state/zip]
Dear [homeowner’s name],
My name is [name], and I am a local real estate agent. I am writing to you because I have clients that desire a home in the [name of the school district or something else] with at least [x] bedrooms. I toured the area with them, and they identified your home as one they may like to buy.
If you are interested in selling your home within the next three to six months, please call me and let me know so we can arrange a mutually convenient time to meet and view your home.
If you’d like, I can run a report on what homes have sold for your area to help you come up with a price. Or, if you prefer, my clients can make you an offer.
Please call me at [phone number] anytime, or you can email me at [email address].
I look forward to speaking with you.
Sincerely,
[name]
Option Three:
[homeowner’s name]
[home address]
[city/state/zip]
Dear [homeowner’s name],
Over the past two months, I sent you two letters regarding my clients who are very interested in buying your home. I understand that at this point, you do not want to sell. I totally understand. If you change your mind in the future, please let me know because I always have clients interested in buying in your neighborhood.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
[name]
